• Attempt to circumvent exam proctoring or integrity mechanisms.
• Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.

3. Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Instructor accounts require moderator approval before access is granted.

4. Examinations and Academic Integrity

All examinations on FlightMark are subject to academic integrity policies. Violations including tab-switching, unauthorized assistance, or sharing exam content may result in exam invalidation and account suspension. Proctoring data is recorded for integrity purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on FlightMark, including question banks, course materials, and platform design, is the intellectual property of FlightMark or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Transcripts and Certifications

FlightMark provides PDF transcripts as a record of exam performance. These transcripts do not constitute official aviation authority certifications unless explicitly stated. Always verify regulatory requirements with the relevant aviation authority.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlightMark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including exam outcomes or reliance on platform-generated transcripts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
